Your Events Instagram Page  - Perfect for Weddings!

Handled will build and handle a custom-curated Instagram page for your big event. Share your story, the planning process, the details, the day of excitement and the final content with your guests in a modern and fun way.

  • Day of social-ready event coverage

  • Decided between 4, 6, 8 or10 hours of on-site content creation

  • Includes chosen hours of event coverage with an iPhone, all raw photos and footage/edited footage delivered the next day via Drive (or otherwise decided) 

    • Tier 1: One long social-ready video (TikTok/Reel) showcasing your event from beginning to end, five custom social-ready videos (TikToks/Reels), 100 images â€‹

      • Pricing starts at $800 and is custom to each Client

    • Tier 2: Includes everything in Tier 1 plus an additional five social-ready videos (TikToks/Reels). Can customize three of the five additional reels to your dreams. Love a certain social media trend? Let's make it!

      • Pricing starts at $1000 and is custom to each Client

    • Tier 3: Includes all in Tier 1 and Tier 2 AND the custom IG account complete with live posting on that account throughout the entire special day.

      • Pricing starts at $1400 and is custom to each Client

​HOW SOON WILL MY CONTENT BE READY?

Content is turned around within 24 hours-post events, including the development of Reels, TikToks, static posts, raw footage, any edits, and a shared Drive. 

​

WHAT IS YOUR CONTENT STYLE?

Every event has its own flair and Handled Socials tailors each and every event to that flair. We can discuss preferred lighting, edits, and even custom edits. Some prefer more curated content while others prefer completely candid content. Your package will be tailored to your style and preferences. If you are not sure which approach you prefer we can consult on a recommendation.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

The latest iPhone is used to take all content, along with lighting and staging accessories.

HOW DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER PHOTO/VIDEO PROFESSIONALS?

We are never here to replace a photographer or videographer, these are irreplaceable parts of an event. Instead, we work with them to ensure we are taking that social media-specific content and allowing them to take their curated content. Often we are working side-by-side!

HOW IS CONTENT DELIVERED?

We will share a protected Drive where your content will live for 12 months. We suggest that you download the content and add to your own private storage solution within that 12 months (we can consult on this). Content is delivered in edited forms and raw footage so you never miss a moment or memory!

DO YOU OFFER LIVE POSTING?

We do! Along with on-site content creation, we offer the option for a social media takeover of your event, where we handle live posting to stories, feeds, Reels, or TikTok.
