CHOCOLATE NUT BUTTER CUPS - These are dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan friendly, PALEO, KETO and overall clean. P.S they’re amazing in the freezer, they take little effort, oh and you don’t even need an oven!
Here’s what you need...
Chocolate chips, for dairy-free/vegan use a DF I used dairy-free from Enjoy Life Foods
Oil, I suggest coconut oil but I even used olive oil and they turned out exactly the same
Nut butter of choice, I often use raw creamy almond butter
Muffin cups, paper works. I’m linking my magical silicone cups because they make the prep for these SUPER easy
How to...
Melt the chocolate and oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
For every 1/2 cup chocolate chips, use 2 TBS oil. Stir and keep heating until melted.
Pour melted chocolate into a muffin cup, top with 1 TBS of nut butter, finally, top with more melted chocolate
Freeze for 30 minutes
