PLANT BASED - GLUTEN FREE - PROTEIN PACKED
This is officially a go-to smoothie for me because it is allergy friendly, nutrient dense and a great way to meet my daily protein goal. One of my Instagram followers shared a simple "Yum!" and that's exactly how I would describe it.
I was really in the summer feels when I created this mouthwatering smoothie recipe! I just love strawberry and lemon, not to mention cheesecake. It's truly everything you could ever want in the summer, right?! This protein-packed smoothie is super to keep you cool and satisfied!

Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie
Ingredients (Makes 1 smoothie) - Cook/prep time is about 5-10 minutes
It's pretty simple!
-1 cup frozen strawberries (or raspberries work!)
1/2 cup plant based yogurt, a strawberry, lemon or vanilla variety is suggested
1 serving of your favorite plant based vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/3 cup milk of choice. I love using unsweetened vanilla
ice as needed (see directions)
Directions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
Blend!
That's it, but if you're choosing to add ice I would add it in waves to gage the thickness/coldness you prefer
